Every plan includes every connector, ask, plans, schedules, approvals, per-key caps and the full record. Plans differ in volume, connections, enabled schedules, how long each run's request and response are kept, the Dedicated IP, the availability target and support. 05 · Buckets
On Business and Enterprise, a bucket prices a whole month at a set volume: the plan, plus every action past its allowance at the bucket's own rate, from A$0.18 per 1,000 at 10M a month down to A$0.16 at 50M. Past the bucket, your plan's published rate applies. There is no overage premium. Above 50M a month is by agreement.
Pay ahead at the Starter rate, get more actions, never lose them. Blocks never expire. Set up by email, like a plan.

Microsoft Power Automate is priced per person, not per action, so it is not on this table. Workato, Tray and Paragon publish no prices. Figures are list prices from each vendor's own pricing page on the date shown; they change, and we re-check before each update of this page.

Every number on this page comes from one public document, served without a key. Your agent, or your procurement team, can price a month of work before anyone signs anything, and the cost tool reads the same file. Any change carries 60 days' notice.

Real answers. Each one is a sentence from the price book or the code.
Yes, in the terms. A cached answer makes no call to your systems, so there is nothing to charge for. The response says AL-Cache: hit; check it against your vendor's own usage page. Fair use is generous: 200 hits per billed call.
The call is refused before it is sent, so it costs nothing, and the error names what to do. cost shows headroom the whole way, so most agents re-plan before they reach it. The Free plan is a hard stop; nothing is ever billed to it.
Choose a plan on this page; it opens a pre-filled message to [email protected] with your tenant id. We set the plan and reply. Invoices are monthly, in AUD, minimum A$10.
No. One call creates a sandbox with 100,000 calls. When you choose a plan, send us your tenant id; we set the plan and confirm by email. Nothing is charged today, and your invoice is priced at the published rate.
Because it took several real calls to answer: long lists come in pages, and an ask touches more than one system. check estimates the count first, free, and the receipt shows the exact number.
No. People and agents are never counted, on any plan. Connect one agent or a hundred, and add every person who approves or reviews. You pay for work done in your systems, not for the number of things allowed to ask.
Yes. Free is 100,000 calls a month with a hard stop, and production is allowed. One Free tenant per organisation: tenants you run for your own customers are yours, and belong on a paid plan.
Yes. Every key carries its own cap in calls, and a key can mint keys with a share of that cap, never more, so an orchestrator hands each worker exactly what it may spend.
Every one you did not cause: a vendor's 401, 403, 429 or 5xx, a timeout, and anything validation rejected before it left. You pay for a request that reached a vendor and came back with a definitive answer, nothing else.
No. Creating a tenant, minting keys, connecting systems and setting caps make no calls to your systems, so they are free. The first 100,000 calls are free too.

The price book is versioned and any increase carries 60 days' notice. This version raises Team, Business, Enterprise and the Dedicated IP; anyone already on them gets 60 days' notice before the new price applies. Prepaid blocks never expire.
A whole month at a set volume on Business or Enterprise: the plan's base, plus every action past the plan's allowance at the bucket's own rate, from A$0.18 down to A$0.16 per 1,000, rounded to a clean monthly figure. The 10M bucket is A$2,700 a month, A$99 under the same month metered. Past the bucket, the plan's published rate applies. Above 50M actions a month is by agreement.
Any tenant on Team or above, at A$229 a month per address, prorated per second. Enterprise includes one at no charge. Ask us to add it; from then on you switch it on, recycle it and remove it yourself.
